Our Work is Grounded in Thorough Assessment and Compassion

You need an accurate Life Care Plan or Medical Cost Projection so you can serve your clients’ needs. And you need it to be based on realnumbers — grounded in a thorough assessment, professional experience, and compassion.

Cates Consulting Group has built a foundation of services based on hands-on patient experience which dates back to 1993. We develop client-centered plans that preserve dignity while assisting clients with the least-restrictive, safest environment possible. The professionals we work with count on our experience and precision to accurately represent their clients’ needs.

We’re here to help you with factual information about future medical expenses for your clients: accurately, efficiently, and expediently.

We’re different and here’s why:

Owner Penny Cates has worked hands-on as a Registered Nurse in the health care industry since 1993 and has 15 years of home care experience.

Lifetime care isn’t an abstract concept to her: she knows the right questions to ask and is intimately familiar with the long-term implications of catastrophic injuries and illnesses.

Cates has worked with home care companies that provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide, personal care services, social work, durable medical equipment, infusion services, respiratory care including CPAP/Bipap/ventilator care, and enteral feeding.

She has held positions as a case manager, hospital coordinator and team leader, Director of Operations, and Regional Director of Operations — which included Chair of the Quality Committee.
